Since 2019, Strength Factory has been building a community of like-minded lifters who are passionate, determined, and supportive. We welcome everybody from any background who wants to maximize their strength and train in a supportive community.
Regardless if you are a powerlifter, weightlifter, strongperson or conditioning for sport, at the Strength Factory you are not only joining a gym, you are joining a family. Be humble as a lifter, work hard in silence, and let success make the noise.

Located in Mt. Cook on Hopper Street, we're the only dedicated strength training facility in central Wellington. Our facility is a short walk to the top of Cuba St., Massey University, and Wellington High School. We are certified by Weightlifting New Zealand.
Once you’re a member, you’ll have 24/7/365 access to the facilities, which include onsite shower and toilet access.
