Strength Factory was born in July 2019 with a desire to provide a family friendly facility, where lifters from all walks of life could come and train in a non-commercial style environment.

However, we are more than just a strength facility – we are a community of dedicated individuals who believe in the power of getting strong and keeping strong. Our mission is to inspire our members to be the best that they can be.

In May 2026 Strength Factory’s owners, Vee, Tash, Jacob, Johnathan and Costa passed the baton on to Liz Hall to run Strength Factory Studio at a new location in Imperial Park, Petone. The ethos remains - strength and strength fitness is a mindset and a way of life. We provide a supportive and motivating environment where individuals of all levels can come together to challenge themselves, break through their limits, and build not only their physical strength but their mental resilience as well.

Our gym has competition level strength training equipment, available to all members. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or new to the world of strength training, we encourage you to contact us to come and take a look, you won’t be disappointed.

The gym is also available as a private hire - book the entire gym for bodybuilding posing, PT’s seeking a space to train clients from different gyms/groups, demonstrations, content creation.
